How do you calculate orders from Virtual Number?
Every unique call in every two hours with call duration more than 30sec is counted as an order and then we multiply it with the avg basket size.

I just punched in an order in the POS, the same does not reflect on Pulse. What should I do?
POS data takes around 10-15 minutes to be synced and be reflected on Pulse. So, all you have to do is wait.

What happens if I press 'Try Now' for any product/service?
