This article covers possibilities when your Bills are not printing.
Steps: Make sure the printer from which you want the print out from is selected as your default printer.
A) Go to Control Panel---- Devices and Printers
B) The Default Printer will have a green ticket on it as shown.
C) If it doesn’t have a green tick, click on the printer you want as default. Right click and choose Set as default printer.
D) After this check whether your driver is installed or not.
E) Right click on your printer again----> Printer Properties---->Advanced----> Check whether in the driver field the name of the printer is shown or not.
F) If it is written Generic/Text Only then your driver is not installed.
G) To get it installed, call a professional who looks after your computers/printers.
