This article covers how to add different types of offers in the Offer Manager.


Prerequisite is to login into the backend and open the Offer Manager

Part 1- Define Offers 


1) For creating offer click on New offer.




2) Then click on define offer.

Case #1-  If a customer has a minimum bill of say amount then give discount off on the bill. 
For example: On a minimum bill of Rs. 600, get 10% off!

A) Tick on the IF USER- Places an order. Decide the minimum amount (Rs. 600). Then put your discount value (10%) in THEN GIVE- Discount

B) You can choose both Minimum Value and Between the Prices. For example if a customer bill is between Rs. 1000-3000, they get 20% off.

C) You can also choose Price. For example on a Minimum Bill of Rs. 1000, you get Rs. 100 off.

D) The Maximum Cap helps you to cap the amount of the discount; if you want. Say the customer ordered food for Rs. 2000. 
At 10% they should get Rs.200. But if you write Rs. 100, they cannot avail more than that amount, no matter what their bill amounts to.

E) You can Add Exceptions. You can exclude chosen items not to be included under the offer. 

F) Click on Next.



Case #1- Buy 1/2/3/n and Get 1 Free
For example: Buy One( or more) Pizza, Get a Coke free

A) Tick on the IF USER- Picks. Click on the Category or Item you want it to be on offer with. 
For e,g, we will pick the entire category Pizza. You can also choose individual item such as only mozzarella sticks.

B) Fix the quantity. You can choose more than 1. If you choose a value more than 1 i.e. 2, the offer will become Buy2 and Get1 free.

C)  Now click on THEN GIVES OR- Discount. Put it as 100% because you want it entirely free.

D) Choose the quantity. The value you will put, will become ‘Get that value free’. 
For e.g. if you put one, customers will only Get 1 item free. Otherwise whatever number you write.

E) Choose the item/category you want to make free. For example here Coke is Free. 

F) There is no need to put Max Cap Value here, as the entire item is Free.

G) Click on Next.


Case #3- Buy 1 item get the second item at certain % off.

For example: Buy 1 pizza get the second pizza at 50% off.

A) Tick on the IF USER- Picks. Click on the Category or Item you want it to be on offer with. 
For e.g. we pick the entire category Pizza. You can also choose individual item such as only mozzarella sticks.

B) Fix the quantity. You can choose more than 1. 
If you choose a value more than 1 i.e. 2, the offer will become Buy 2 and get the third item at certain % off.

C) Now click on THEN GIVES OR- Discount. 
Write the % off you want to give on the next item. For this example we put 50% off.

D) Choose the item/category you want to make the second/n item to get discounted. 
For example here the second Pizza is at 50% off.

E) There is no need to put Max Cap Value here.

F) Click on Next.



Case #4- Spend Minimum of certain amount of money and get something free.
For example: Spend Rs. 500 or more and get Mozzarella Sticks free.

A) Tick on the IF USER- Places an order. Decide the minimum amount ( here Rs. 500 )

B) You can choose both Minimum Value and Between the Prices. 
For example if a customer bill is between Rs. 1000-3000, they can avail that particular offer.

C) Now click on THEN GIVES OR- Discount. Put it as 100% because you want it entirely free.

D) Choose the quantity. The value you will put, will become ‘Get that value free’.
For example if you put one, customers will only Get 1 of that particular item free. Otherwise whatever number you write.


E) Choose the item/category you want to make free. For example here Mozzarella Sticks is Free.


F)  There is no need to put Max Cap Value here, as the entire item is Free.

G) Click on Next.





Case #5: Give flat % off on the entire amount.

For example: Get 10% off today by eating out on XYZ outlet!

A) Tick on the IF USER- Places an order.
Write the minimum amount as a very small amount for example Rs. 10. 


B) Then put your discount value (10%) in THEN GIVE- Discount. 


C) You can also choose Price. 

For example on buying today, you get Rs. 100 off on your bill.


D) The Maximum Cap helps you to cap the amount of the discount; if you want. 

It will maintain a cap of not going above a value no matter what the amount of bill is. 

For example if a customer has a bill of Rs. 2000, they should get Rs. 200. 

But if you put in Rs. 150, they can only avail Rs. 150.


E) Click on Next.



Part 2- Offer Properties

3)  You’ll reach the Offer Properties page. The following content explains each feature.


A) Fill in the Offer Name that you want to give. For example ‘Buy1 Get1 free!’

B) Fill in the x Description. You can also fill the Description in Terms & Conditions. 

For example: ‘Buy 1 Get 1 free on New Chicken wings Menu, on 1st and 2nd June on online order.’

C) Enable On lets you choose the fronts where the offers will be available on. 

You can have the offer on Online Order, Table Reservation or on the app.

D) Display On helps you decide the fronts where the customers will see the offer flashing. 

You have various choices and you can tick the ones according to your preference.

E)  Validity section helps you time the dates and exact hours of the offer. 

From the date to start up till the date and hour it’ll run until.

F) You can decide the availability of the offer, i.e the days it should be available on. 

If you want only specific days for it to run.

G) Location feature helps you decide whether you want the offer running on all your outlet locations or just selected






Part 3: Coupon Code and Display Page


4)  You’ll be taken to Coupon Code and Display page. The following content explains each feature.




A) Write the coupon code you want. But it is suggested to keep it short and not comprising of more than 6 characters. 

Tick on Enable Coupon.

B) Valid For will let you choose whether this offer is only valid in Online Payment or otherwise too. 

You can also decide the types of users; All, New or Old. According to the customers you want to target.

C) Change Coupon Validity is just for deciding for what dates and exact hours you want this particular code to work. 

As you can run another code for same offer from add another coupon.

D) You can decide on what days you want that Coupon Code to work.

E) Set Usage Limits should be used when you want to limit how many coupons should be used. 

Say you want only 150 coupons to be used for this offer and only 1 coupon can be used by 1 user. 

You fill should fill 150 in Per Coupon. 1 in Per User.

F) You can also fill how many coupons can be used per day/per week or per month. 

G) You can save a summary of the coupon details onto your PC by clicking on Generate and Download Coupon

H) Click on Submit.
